Holistic Empowerment

I empower my clients to stand in their truth, to do the work and to shine their own special light. I facilitate clients work on their relationship with themselves to maximise their potential to be their best self.

Holistic Empowerment coaching works with the mind, body and soul, one system. I offer a holistic coaching experience to each individual client. I help others have better relationships and communication with themselves and others. To find purpose, fulfilment, balance, joy, success, intimacy, motivation and to optimise their lives to achieve what is most important to them. I use a combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming tools, Personal performance coaching skills and holistic health, fitness and well being success strategies. I support my clients to have the self awareness, reflection and understanding to bring consciousness to limiting beliefs and to gain the tools to be able to change their story and become their best authentic self. When our mind and heart are nourished we can become the best version of ourselves. My coaching is about self acceptance, finding balance, creating routine, self care, communication and connection. I help my clients develop self compassion and awareness of their internal worlds. Helping break free from issues, patterns to heal emotional wounds with a heart centred approach to life. We never stop learning how to get better. We are all unique, we all have special gifts. I empower my clients to stand in their truth, to do the work and to shine their own special light.

My Story

Through my own personal development I am compelled to share my story because it may resonate with others.

They say we are all running from something …..

School was a struggle for me. I was dyslexic. I grew up believing I was not good enough. I excelled at sport but it was achieving top grades that helped me start to shift my belief.

I went to university and then worked as a Lingerie designer in London. I was engaged to be married. I started exercising excessively. In 2004 I was told I needed a hip realignment. I was told to never run a Marathon because of my shallow hip sockets.

When my first child was 18 months old I became gravely ill. I was going into liver failure. Eventually a very rare autoimmune liver disease was diagnosed. I wanted more children more than anything. Health and wellbeing became my new passion. I started working in the fitness industry. After my third child was born I took up triathlon and started enjoying winning. I ran three marathons and several half marathons.

In August 2013 I was winning an off road race in Wiltshire when I was hit by a car, a Land Rover travelling at 40 miles an hour. The doctor said it was a miracle that I survived. I was more determined than ever to keep running.

After the accident I joined a running club, Belgrave Harriers. I found myself ranked number one in the UK for 800m and 1500m. I started competing on the masters scene. I had found what I was best at, my true passion. I have been running for 8 years.

My liver condition remarkably is in remission with no evidence of damage. I defied what was thought was possible. Our body has an initiate ability to heal if we let it. I have had 7 stress fractures and many other injuries and illnesses along the way but I never gave up the chase to get faster and keep winning.

It was only in 2020 when the global pandemic forced us all to stop that I really began to have deep introspection on my life. I began to heal in a way that made me understand the running was in itself a way of running away from my deep issues and trauma.

I started to go deeper and embark on a powerful healing journey. I learnt to show myself compassion, to re parent my inner child and to start to feel peace from within.
