Being fully ourselves is the medicine other people need – Jayson Gaddis

Our external world mirrors our internal world. I had to be really honest with myself, after being ill this summer with covid. It took me back to feeling the fear and vulnerability from past health trauma, my limiting beliefs started up and my relationships suffered. I felt out of control. I had to prioritise my healing journey and lean into the pain I felt. I needed to take time out to pause, to reflect. I needed to go back to find myself.

We are light and dark, we are unique, we are whole. Our life journey is never linear the struggles are part of the process towards growth. Humans are inevitably flawed but the lens we see through is up to us. We can choose love and empathy. The more you can tap into your inner wisdom the easier it is to align with your intuition. To ask yourself what is true for me? What will I learn from this?

One of the most fundamental needs as human beings is to be seen and heard. We tend to look outside but when we look within we can find our own validation and create understanding, acknowledgement and security.

Knowing we are all here for a reason and living life with intention. What is your purpose? What are your passions? Who do you want to be?

When you start to honour your truth you will become more aligned with your true self and live with more peace, flow, grace and ease. Living in the here and now with an open heart and open mind. It all starts with you ❤️✨
